Hypnotherapy - Calming your nerves

Hypnotherapy – A New Approach

Hypnotherapy can assist in many areas but it is also very useful in helping learners, achieve success.

The majority of us can relate to feelings of nervousness at times, and this is often intensified when you add in the aspect of “Exam!” or “Test!”

Hypnotherapy can aid with settling nerves, increasing confidence, control and calmness and clearing any anxieties. It is also extremely useful for clearing any negative emotions or traumas that may have occurred around previous driving experiences, be it your own or someone elses driving.

This is what Sandra, a learner driver who is having lessons with 1st Castle, had to say:

I was a bit apprehensive at first but Jodie the Hypnotherapist, soon made me feel at ease. She explained exactly what she would be doing so I felt totally comfortable with the situation. It was all very calm and relaxing and I felt in complete control at all times, just totally calm and chilled. Jodie recorded the session and transferred it on to a disc for me so I can listen to it whenever I feel the need.

I had previously felt nervous about driving, but I found the whole experience very beneficial. I have noticed that i am now a totally different driver, feeling so much more confident and calmer than before. Steve, my driving instructor has also noticed an immediate improvement too. So I would definately recommend Jodie to anybody who feels anxious about learning to drive. Thank you so much Jodie!
